The subject site has an existing 2,416 square foot office building, 10 onsite parking spaces, and no landscaping. The applicant received site plan approval on January 12, 2010 to construct additional building space on the ground level, as well as a second story addition on the eastern portion of the building for a total building area of 9,538 square feet. |
